This department was created with the support of the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan at the beginning of 2016 and for its sustainable activity a license was obtained from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 10.22.2015 under №0001951, for a period of 5 years.
The department develops training programs and modules and organizes training courses on the following main topics:
-Rational use of water resources
-Improvement of water use and water distribution in irrigation systems and organization of water accounting
-The department has developed training modules:
-For dekhkan farms
-For WUAs (on the use of on-farm network)
-For the AMI subdivision for the use of GTS and inter-farm network -Other training modules are also under development.
